Individual sessions are $140. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session are billed the full session rate ($140).
If you don't have insurance, or don't plan to use it, you're entitled under federal law to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care is expected to cost before you begin. Just ask, and I'll provide one.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy approach for processing traumatic or distressing memories. I'm trained in EMDR, but it isn't the only tool I use. We'll figure out together what fits your situation, drawing on approaches like IFS, CBT, ACT, and somatic work as needed.
