Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I'm in-network with Kaiser, UnitedHealthcare (including UBH and UMR), Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, SelectHealth, and Providence Health Plan. Not sure about your plan? Reach out and I'll help you check.

What if I want to pay privately?

Individual sessions are $140. I accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I see clients both in-person at my Denver office and via telehealth anywhere in Colorado.

What is EMDR, and will we definitely use it?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy approach for processing traumatic or distressing memories. I'm trained in EMDR, but it isn't the only tool I use. We'll figure out together what fits your situation, drawing on approaches like IFS, CBT, ACT, and somatic work as needed.

How do I get started?

Book a free 15-minute consultation online, or call or email if you'd rather set it up that way. We'll talk through what you're looking for and see if we're a good fit before scheduling a first session.

Where is your office located?

7900 E Union Ave #1100, Denver, CO 80237, right by the Denver Tech Center (DTC), close to Greenwood Village, Aurora, Centennial, and Lone Tree.

Do you work with LGBTQIA+ clients?

Yes. My practice is affirming of bisexual, gay, lesbian, non-binary, queer, and transgender clients.

What ages and populations do you work with?

I work with adults, in individual (one-on-one) therapy.

Still have questions?
